Return Eligibility:

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, email us at help.safeflow@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Refunds:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Exchanges:

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Return Shipping:

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or an error occurred on our part.
